Voting Incentive-Sun!

A couple of weeks ago, my friend Lora Innes was attending the Baltimore Con in um, Baltimore and she was taking commissions. Naturally, I jumped on board and had her do a picture of a character from The Dreamer (Liz) and a Rival Angels character (Sun). I didn’t ask for anything specific and what was created was the awesome. Seriously, Lora’s a tremendous artist, check out her site to see what I mean, so I’m always happy to get some commission work with her. Hilariously accurate, Lora mentioned that it made her laugh because "Sun is SO the type of athlete to NOT smile in a fan photo." Vote to see what she means!
That’s a damn fine picture. Puts across (what I think is) Sun’s attitude perfectly.

The best upstart girl. I say the fastest Angel in the Rival ANgel roster..
Just one question though… Sun is 5″4.. so Liz will be 5″0 or 5″1..hehehhe..
The T-shirt “I’ve Been Ninja’D” is that a new Rival Angels merchandise? last time Sun’s merchandise is “Ninja Princess” now “I’ve Been Ninja’D”

I wonder if the Hell’s Belle ever too a picture with their fan? like “White Queen” Chloe De Sade with a fan? heheheh.. I’m just askin. ehehe
That is a good question, but I’d have to say no. Â Chloe is the kind of person who charges a ton of money for an autograph signing so that its not worth a place to sponsor an appearance. Â Also, Chloe doesn’t participate in any Fan Festivals, despite the fact that the fans are the ones that pay the bills.

She knows that the Fans pay to see them perform. And for a Heel, disrespecting the fans is part of the performance.
You know all those John Cena’s Injury spotlights they keep running in the WWE shows these days… Whith all thosee wrestlers talking about dear Johnny…
One of those wrestlers was JBL! When I saw that I thought WTF?
In his regular ring persona, JBL doesn’t give a rat’s arse for anyone execpt himself, and now here he is telling us what a great person John Cena is???
That way out of character for him!
He keeps demanding respect – but after that stunt, I just can’t take him seriously anymore…
For the same reason, I’m a bit surprized at Sun’s Grim Tough Chick attitude in this picture, because she hasn’t shonw any such attitude in the ring or outside it so far.
She’s shown to be cocky and have something of a mean streak in her (I guess being a ninja will do that to you…), but she was never gruff or arrogant…
I think having JBL speak kindly of Cena was the WWE’s way of trying to get Cena over (since he still needs it) but I can see where you’re coming from and I’m sure there’s a lot of others that feel the same way.Â
The picture with Liz and Sun isn’t really supposed to show that Sun is really anything other than an atheate who doesn’t smile in fan pics, which will make it more profound when she does smile. Looking at it again, she does look like she’s trying to project ‘bad ass.’
