Unforgettably NO! You have to either somehow & amazing create a male-ish woman to do that (I tried when creating Chyna) or use a Game Shark for a code of it (If you have it for the PS2). That is why I LOVE my Smackdown 5 Here comes the Pain game allows just that & even allows women to hold the major titles.
