And here comes Michael to the rescue! He sort of tipped his hand a bit, didn’t he? And it would almost seem that Gabrielle threw that bit in about Michael’s fiance on purpose.
Bottom line, Brooke has another chance!! And now her fortune’s are tied to Sabrina’s success. Will that be enough to change Brooke’s thinking? Maybe Brooke will help her buddy, Sabrina out now? Like, ‘hey, you’re boyfriend’s a liar who’s actually a referee for the company you wrestle for.’
Now we know that Brooke and Sabrina have a tag match at the Rival Angels Halloween Special and you can bet that they’re tag opponents are suitably themed for the special. In fact, I’ll give you a hint, both opponents are part of the Bonus Life Battle Royal and the list of those participants can be found on the TV Championship page.

Michael said “Brooke and I were discussing how we can improve her inring ability and her overall image” The funny thing, here.. the only discussing they have is making Michael calling Brooke “GoDDess” improve her in ring ability, I don’t how.. could it be, pour alchohol in between Brooke’s boobs and smother her opponent out like what she did to Michael..
Michael said “Brooke already has beauty and talent,” Wha !! Tha!!! Beauty, or he means Boobies..

I think fiance should be spelled with two ‘e’s (unless Michael is engaged to a man), and an accent (É/é) on the first ‘e’ would be a nice touch; but, maybe I’m being archaic.
Panel 1: I like the overhead perspective. “On our way up…”; sure, Michael, whatever you say.
Panel 2: I notice that Brooke grabbed Michael’s hand; the one that’s been their since at least the previous panel. I wouldn’t be surprised if Gabrielle picked up on this.
Panel 3:Â I like how the outlines are lighter on the window portion of the panel.
Panel 4:Â I like how Michael is trying to distance himself from Brooke.
Panel 5:Â Does this mean that Brooke will try to make out with Gabrielle?
Panel 6:Â I notice no mention of Sabrina getting bumped down, too; so I take it that the ‘trip back to developmental’ only applies to Brooke.
Panels 6 & 7: I like how Gabrielle uses the word ‘friend’. I suspect she knows how Brooke really feels about Sabrina, and might be alluding to that when she says Brooke should consider her as a friend.

Yes, I know, Gabrielle just said “win that match” and a win is a win, no matter how it’s achieved. But I think Brooke knows quite well that she needs to take this opportunity to show the Commisioner and the fans what she is really capable of herself.
MGC, that’s a good motto for our guy Michael. Â In the guy’s defense, he’s completely smitten with the blond bomber, Brooke. Â Brooke versus a jabbroni wouldn’t be a good way to impress Gabrielle, now would it? She needs a challenge and her opponents for the Halloween Special will be just that. Â The Halloween special isn’t a PPV, but a special, like Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Are we going to have a qualification match for TV tournament also for that Halloween Havoc….. I mean, Halloween Special ? Because if not, the storyline wouldn’t advance.
I have to bring up a point here. Why was Brooke called up to Gabrielle’s office but Krystin wasn’t? Krystin has had no more success than Brooke has, and of all the four main character’s we’ve actually seen the least of what she can do in the ring. I mean to the point where I’m wanting her to prove that she’s half the technician she claims to be.

ps2kid, the only match we’re going to have for the Halloween Special is the tag team match. Â Its akin to Saturday Night’s Main Event where its a once-in-a-while type event. Â I thought about adding some TV tournament matches, or the Bonus Life Battle Royal, but we just got done with the last card so I wanted to give some breathing room between the last card and the next, with the Halloween Special in the middle of them.
Brooke = Wonder Woman, Sabrina = She-ra. Am I right? I know I am. Maybe Sabrina would be Teela…

Brooke = Wonder Woman, Sabrina = She-ra.
This combination would have the advantage of both characters having a similar style of costume, so they’d look good as a team.
Another possibility for Brooke would be Supergirl. Supergirl has the advantage that Brooke would not need to wear a wig – Supergirl is blonde, Wonder Woman has black hair, and I don’t think Brooke would be willing to dye her hair black for that one night…
Also, Brooke dressing up as Supergirl would be a nice jab at her partner Ultragirl…
As to Sabrina’s costume, I can think of a number of suitable characters, but only two who would really make great costumes. One is indeed She-Ra and the other … would again require the use of either a wig or a hair dye…
As to the match itself, Brooke really has no interest in back-stabbing Sabrina in any way.
Brooke does not want to see Sabrine lose, she doesn’t want to see her injured, she wants to see her gone from the Rival Angels! And for the moment her best tool to accomplish that is the fact that Sabrina has (to Brooke’s knowledge) no idea of Brooke’s intentions…

Hey, hey!  Some good guesses here.  All I can say is that some of you are going to be happy and some of  you are going to be disappointed.  Don’t get caught up too much in the hair color for the DC heroine; as of late, the particular character’s look and hair color has been changing often, and Brooke’s not the type to change her hair to keep up with an evolving look.  Sabrina on the other hand….

Love it Commish. Make the biggest issue the first target. Once Brooke is handled, then handle The Definition of Technician. I personally was figuriing that Brooke getting called in is because she has the package that usually sells well: Size, figure, power. They expected more from her and she hasn’t done it.
Now, I am looking forwatd to this tag match. Lets look at the people available for it, shall we?
My fist impression is to do something very shocking here: agree with MGC. Lover Lola and Zombie Luna just scream out as the obvious opponents. They even sound like some kind of tag team already. Vallentine’s Day Massacre or something.
That said, there’s been more than once that the obvious hasn’t come, especially when Rini is involved in the scene, so lets look deeper for possibilities.
I expect that Gabrille will be matching them up with a duo meant to test them and to give Brooke a chance to prove herself. Something perhaps meant to stack the deck so Brooke will need to carry at least a good portion of the match… at least on paper.
Matchup 1: A similar blend. Looking at names there are a few that leap out as possible. I expect that won’t be the case though because it would be too easy for Brooke to overpower a skill based sort and not really show anything if they can isolate that one. Still, on the off chance this is the pick, I see the names Angel Soprano & Amanda Breaker here for some reason. It just feels right.
Matchup 2: Two powerful figures to force them to need to beat a power game. Brooke will need to be at her best to macth up, and she’ll have to be ready to support the lighter and seemingly more fragile Ultragirl. This would be a make or break challenge for certain. -This- is the match I see coming, if they avoid the obvious team. Amanda Breaker and Rampage.
