Angel Soprano…Hell’s Belle? She has a deal with the devil Chloe that says so. Plus, it’s not hard to fathom that Angel picking the spot where Sabrina was going to make Xtina tap wasn’t Chloe-schemed.

Poor Angel. She thought she had the best spot but Sabrina and Xtina are showing some intestinal fortitude and not giving up to the party crasher. Angel can’t believe that she didn’t pick up the win and is taking it up with the referee, Zach. But while she’s distracted with not getting the pinfall, it looks like Sabrina and Xtina are getting their bearings back and from the look of that last panel, they seem awfully determined. Bad times for Angel? Maybe. What’s going to happen next??

My friend NAAN did a wonderful commission of Sun and Sabrina. Maybe something from the future? I know a lot of you want to see them reconcile and back to being BFF’s again. So Vote!

Sun’s making a comeback!  Franchesca took a little too long getting to the top rope and paid the price with a top rope Hurricanrana!  With the playing field leveled a little bit, maybe Sun capitalize and build some momentum and win this match. She’s certainly keen on impressing her new wrestling stable, Damage Inc.  For a heel stable, they’ve been pretty quiet, eh?  Not quiet is the crowd and Sabrina who are very vocal in their support for Sun.  Some hope for some reconciliation between Sun and Sabrina after all?

Josephine, er, I mean Franchesca is showing a lot of skill against Sun though let’s not forget that this is her sister’s match.  It’s effectively a two-on-one match here with Sun on the short end of the stick.  Still no sign of Damage Inc getting involved.  That’s not necessarily a bad thing.  They don’t want to get caught cheating and accidentally get Sun disqualified.  If anyone knows the ramifications of cheating, it’s Damage Inc.

Now, Sun is in big trouble.  She was able to escape the wear down maneuver (the straight jacket/neck tie surfboard) but then got caught with the huge chokeslam powerbomb.  Can Sun kick out?  Will Damage Inc intercede?  More to come on Wednesday!

Sun still can’t get close enough to Sabrina to make the tag. The Yorks keep heading Sun off at the pass. They’re too fast! Maybe too good? The Yorks ARE an experienced tag team so you can’t take anything away from them. Sun and Sabrina have lasted longer (much longer) than when Brooke and Krystin were a tag team but the end result might be the same. They need to do something fast.

The other side of the coin are the York sisters. They’ve been in control for a while. They almost scored the pin on an unsuspecting Sun and are going to keep grinding the littlest Upstart into the mat. Can sun recover?

Rival Angel Graphic Novel update
I should be getting the proof for the book sometime today and if it checks out, I will have the pre-order information up on Wednesday. (Yay!)

This match MIGHT be over! As with some of the other matches we’ve seen lately, they ended kind of unexpectedly. Could it happen here? Well, Sabrina *could* try and interrupt the count. Or maybe Sun kicks out?

We see the Yorks sisters working together and really working Sun over. A good mix of clubbing blows and technical holds. It’s no wonder that Damage Inc were sore when the Yorks left their group. And the rate at this match is going, Damage Inc won’t get their revenge and Sun won’t get into their group!

Sabrina clearly is upset with the ref.  Mainly because of the excess double teaming but they also have some history together.  Remember this referee?

Roller Derby!
This weekend, the Mrs and I took in some roller derby! These girls are awesome and work their asses off. They have some great names like High D Voltage, Phoenix Envy and Carrie A. Hacksaw. The Brew City Bruisers didn’t do too well, but better luck next time. We’ll definitely be back. Where’s RDF, so we can discuss this wonderful sport?
