Well that was going much better between Sabrina and Sun, don’t you think? Last time, there was screaming and angry faces. Here, not so much, at least until Kyra Gold showed up. Kyra says she’s there to help. What do you think? And any chance it will have an effect on the Sun and Sabrina getting back to being BFF’s? Friday’s update should be….interesting.

by the way, is that Kyra’s ring attire? ehheh! I think Kyra gonna ruin something here.. Â how come Kyra is always the one who is scouting around the locker room, while Nikki and Yvonne are just in the locker room waiting for news.. it’s like Yvonne Carmichael and Nikki Foxx are both leaders of Damage Inc.

Kyra get out of here you jobber! Don’t ruin the feel good moment! lol I hope Sabrina super kicks her in the face on Friday. That will teach her to stick her nose where it doesn’t belong.
Helping Sun & Sabrina become BFF again ? I don’t think so. All I can see is whatever Kyra bring in that mysterious box it would just lead to more misunderstanding between Sun & Sabrina.
I’d say it’s Sun’s new costume, matching the ones of Damage, Inc maybe?
Usually when a teammate comes to ‘rescue’ their newest member they bring champaigne or something… In this case I bet it’s a new uniform! And what’s with the killjoy attitude I mean we were getting to the heartful apology and the hugz!…. Now we have to wait until friday…. man ….
As for Sun’s match, she’ll win based on the encouraging words from Sabrina in this comic I’m sure of it! 😉
actually i just thought she was bringing an empty box to help Sun move her belongings to the Damage Inc. locker room. Sun seems a bit taken aback by Brina’s seeming rapid return to well wishing by Sun’s time frame it looks like. Think Sun was just going to say she was sorry before the interruption from Kyra- bane of emotional moments- arrives. Kyra of course wants to keep Sun from any backsliding to her Upstart roots so being extra obnoxious should do the trick if only to get Brina to toss off a “THIS is what you are leaving us for?” line at Sun to Sun’s embarrassment.
Love it. Starts out with them still not knowing how to say what they want. Sun clearly has no clue how to handle the ‘hurt and angry’ from Sabrina. You can tell by the huge shift caused by a simple good luck. It was enough to let Sun see that Sabrina wasn’t angry with -her- so mush as angry with what happened and to start the ball rolling.

Good eyes jpiv. I think you nailed it exactly. She came to help Sun get her gear, maybe because Sun told them she left something as an excuse to see her friends? Who knows. Still, it’s time to make sure the Upstart split is as solid as Damage Inc wants it to be for Kyra. I do indeed smell trouble, and likely in the very manner that jpiv suggested. Sabrina’s temper causing her to say something that makes Sun bristle.

At least, I hope so. I want to see at least one real match between Sun and Sabrina before they forgive and forget.

So…the Upstarts don’t get their own locker room, or this competitor just so happened to walk into a rival team’s locker room? Because that could be dangerous! Locker room fight!
I imagine thats the everyone locker room.. because there were a bunch of different girls in there, I doubt the upstarts would get their own locker room because well.. they weren’t really a faction. They were rookies who has something in common.. they were rookies (lol). Yea thats why she went EEWWWWWW because she was probably thinking the common locker was gross and had come to help Sun with her stuff. I am upset because I don’t think Sun was gonna quit damage.. but I do think she was gonna pretty much try to rebuild all the fences she broke. This is the Sun we love, the tough talking, hard as nails, BEST friend.. Sabrina needs. I agree with Trevor though.. I hope Kyra doesn’t ruin stuff.. more so.
MGC, it will be explained on Friday why Kyra is here, but Yvonne is the leader and Nikki is the enforcer.
RAWF, I think you’re right that Kyra shouldn’t be sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong but let’s see how this shakes out. Â It *could* end positively. O_o
PS2kid, you’re not buying that Kyra is there to help Sun and Sabrina be BFF’s again? Â Not a bad line of thinking and it will be revealed on Friday what’s going on with the box and its contents.
Jul, it could be! Â Since all of the Damagers are blond, do you think Sun should/will dye her hair blonde?
Hey Kurt! Â Another vote for ‘new uniform!’ Â Maybe a dye job in the future too? Â Remember that the York Sisters are blonde too when they were members of Damage Inc, though they were probably always blonde. Yes, the reconciliation is on hold, at least for a little bit until we can figure out just what Kyra wants.
jpiv, that’s a good thought there…the box is empty and she wants to help Sun get her stuff. Also a good prediction that Kyra will try to antagonize Sabrina and with Sabrina’s temper, you never know what could happen. Â That was good timing on Kyra’s part wasn’t it? Â I mean, assuming she’s there to keep them apart. 😛
Hey Salazen! Â I think you read the update very well. 😉 Â They clumsily got their way to talking again and seemingly on their way to an understanding. Â Sun does also seem genuinely surprised to see Kyra there, and good call on what could happen next. Â With Sabrina’s temper and Sun’s attitude, maybe we’ll get that match you’re looking for. 😛 Â Oh yeah, I think you’ll like Monday’s update. 😉

Trevor, that would be a big ‘no.’ Â They’re not big enough to get their own locker room and we’ll be exploring a bit of that next week. Â How that works and all. Â But yeah, Kyra’s pretty gutsy for walking into another locker room especially with the attitude she has. Â More to come with that!

Great ambiance between the two girls and I could feel the interference coming…we’re not ready for a big reconciliation yet, dramatically. I’ll bet that’ll come in the ring. However, spend a little more time on Sun’s face…after the uber-pretty portrait last ep, her depiction here seems a little jarring. Have fun!
BTW, the incentive picture was excellent. How’s about an action shot instead of a portrait next time?

I’m eager to see Friday’s update. It’d be cool to see Sabrina and Sun tag along… But how would Damage, Inc handle this “treachery” from Sun? Only future will tell… Stay tuned, folks!

Hey Darkmark! Kyra’s full presence is yet to be revealed, so it’s still up in the air where Sabrina and Sun go from here. Â It’s funny you bring that up about Sun. Â That image of Sun was the impetus for a lot of my questions I had for other webcomic artists in Baltimore last weekend. Â That image was a homerun and I’m working it out to stay that consistent. Â Glad you liked the incentive picture, Heather is really amazing. Â I’ll see what I can do about future Voting Incentives. 😉
Jul, you’re quite alright using the ‘future’ tagline. LOL Â not a fan of a blonde Sun? I think you’re probably in good company there. Â Tomorrow’s update should be fun AND, it even has a teeny tiny flashback. O_o
Albone, just dropping by to say your’re doin a good job at making the wrestling world mirror the type of relationships that go on in the real world, where your best friend can double cross you, and you might find friendship with those who’ve troubled you in the past. A little while ago someone said you were good at writing women, which is true, but I think it extends to people and siturations in general. The dialogue is realistic, but not forced, which I hate to name names, but Bendis” style come off as forced at times, ( he’s a talent, don’t get me wrong). I think you know how to make conversation flow well, something I had trouble with when I used to write in college. It’s hard to put yourself in so many different characters shoes, y’know?
 Captain lou died? oh god…. but it was a good age. I even remember he was in that Cindy Lauper video once… Sorry about the double post, I just read it.
