I thought Whip It was a good movie;Â one problem is us older folks are the ones seeing it ( I'm on the near side of 50 and many in the audience are around my age, roller derby aficionados from waaaay back).Â The screenplay was written by a girl who was a derby skater and it shows. Women's wrestling is something a wider audience can relate to: wrestling is televised quite a bit, ( OK it's kinda retro, but Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling went for what, four seasons in syndication? ) while roller derby is a micro niche sport that I would venture most people have no idea is going on. Â Â All the hip young girls are seeing Zombieland. I'm not making this up. To an extent Fox messed up in marketing, Whip It is not a feel good teen comedyÂ ( in RA, if someone messed up a TV spot they'd be fired pretty much instantly by Commish Gabby ).

Hmmm, the Widow's Peak would be a great finisher that showed off her curves. Â I will have consider this possibility. Thanks!

have you considered giving brooke a new finisher to fit in with her new GoDDess persona? i know shes a fan of widows peak (it shows off her chest, and lets face it she needs all the help she can get theyre barely noticable)
