Yup. The thing as well is we're not ruling out heel turns or face turns for that matter. They're another wrestling staple. What's being argued against is turns that make no sense. That's why I mentioned Russo before... he's kind of infamous for having people turn heel for no particularly good reason other than for shock value. At this stage, Sabrina willingly joining the Hell's Belles would not make sense -- it goes against her character. Now, if something or things were to happen to embitter her? Then it wouldn't be out of the question. But right now, based on what we have seen in the comic, it would be the kind of thing in wrestling that makes me groan. People turn face or heel in GOOD wrestling storylines for an actual reason. Without buildup and/or a plausible explanation? That is not a good storyline.

To bring up another example of a face joining a normally heel stable, we have Sting's brief stint with the Horsemen. At this point, Flair was riding a wave of popularity and for one of the few times in his career during his prime, he was a babyface. Sting helped him out, and was offered a spot with them. Even there, though, it couldn't last. The other Horsemen were heel by nature, and the fact that Sting still wanted a title shot did not sit well with them. Eventually push came to shove and Sting was ousted and suffered a beatdown. At no point in this was Sting ever anything but a true-blue babyface.

Thing is, MGC, she wouldn't. If she was willing to join the hells, she'd need to be as bad as them.

There are actually some really interesting examples of faces joining heel teams while still faces out there. One fo the best I've ever seen was a long time ago. A heel team that was quite forgettable long term was feuding with a team then known as The Ebony Express. The heel's manager set up a match with a stipulation: if the faces won, the heels would never wrestle as a team again. If the heels won, then the faces would join them and do whatever the manager told them to, until the heel team lost a match.

The heels won, with the manager's help naturally. The faces were then forced to help the heels win and often ordered to attack their foes after matches. It was a beautiful struggle until one of the faces managed to... accidentally hit both the guy he was ordered to attack and the heel at the same time, allowing Booker T to -finally- free himself and his partner, Stevie Ray, from that manager.

That's right. The Ebony Express later became known as Harlem Heat. Can you dig that... sucka?

Adam B, you're in good company with finding Brooke's attitude annoying. We'll be seeing the Commissioner and Brooke very soon.

Thanks Jamie! Brooke brings out the concern in Sabrina. :P

Salazen, Adon, ps2kid, MGC, so many great topics and points. The outlook on pro wrestling is spot on and I think its why its so popular and enjoyable. Can't have a face without a heel and vice versa. The comparison of Sabrina joining the Hell's Belles to Magnum TA joining the Horseman is accurate. I'd think in both cases that it would be an absolute train wreck.

Actually, if Sabrina had joined the Belles, it would probably have been -worse- for Monica. She almost won against a Belle so they would have needed to show what happens when that happens. Add an Ultrasplash after the con-chair-to. At the least, then an announcement about ‘this is what happens when you face the Belles’ and probably more after.

Cool!!! Prediction.. Conchairto after than, the Ultrasplash very nice.. very very nice to see that if thathappen. the question, will that happen if "Ultragirl" Sabrina Mancini joined the Hell's Belle.. or maybe Sabrina can prevent the conchairto.. can ask "White Queen" Chloe De Sade for to stop the conchairto..

Many possibilities, in which we can't answer..
