Roller Derby Fan, I think you’ve got it right both ways. If Sabrina misses the moonsault, it could be the end of the match for her. If Sabrina hits Loretta, both girls are liable to feel it, but yeah, Loretta would have to be out of it, you’d have to think. JackAce, there’s definitely some payback going on here, airmail to Loretta from Sabrina. No matter the outcome of this match, I think Loretta will have a definite attitude adjustment towards Sabrina. Interesting suggestion for a tag team between Loretta and Krystin. They’d definitely have some talent and attitude in their tag team.

MGC, Its not really in Sabrina’s nature to outwardly humiliate her opponents. While Loretta would have no problem shaking a groggy Sabrina’s face in front of the camera, its not really Sabrina’s style, for better or worse. That’s not to say though that Sabrina won’t celebrate the awesomeness of her move, if she does indeed hit the moonsault and not wreck herself in the process.
As far as a rematch goes, it would have to be put on hold as the winner will have a spot in the TV Tournament to worry about. And then again, win or lose, they might be tired of fighting each other. XD

Adon, you have some interesting observations. And good points about Sabrina’s high flying strategy. So far, the results validate the risks. Yeah, if that momentum gets stopped, its going to be a bear to get going again. Great points!

Here’s another entry on the list of future developement speculations:

It just occured to me that Loretta and Krystin might make a pretty good Tag-Team.

They’re both predominatly Technical wrestlers and they’re both not overly concerned about sticking to the rules. Loretty is the more agile of the two, while Krystin is a bit stonger.

Well, my take has less to do with strategy and more with what makes for an interesting match. I’m predicting Loretta will dodge it because one-sided matches are *boring*, and it’s doubtful that someone who has 3 consecutive wins will be squashed. I am predicting a Sabrina win (as the only Upstart in the tournament, she needs to hang in at least until she can face one of the Hell’s Belles), but not before Loretta makes a heel style comeback and shuts down the assault for a while.

That said, I don’t really view Sabrina’s approach as a complete mistake. She’s a high flyer. A flyer’s offense hinges on a barrage of attacks and their defense is basically “don’t give them a chance to breathe”. They’re all about momentum. And the weakness is that the high risk nature of their offense means that once that momentum gets stopped, it’s hard to get going again.

I kinda hope.. like when the match, is over in which Sabrina wins.. Loretta improve herself, and maybe challenge Sabrina again in the future..

maybe we’ll see a grudge match two.. Loretta VS Sabrina.. and that day, Sabrina faced a different Loretta Diaz.. more faster, more focus and serious of Loretta Diaz.. in which Sabrina will felt what Loretta feeling now..

I hope Loretta learn a bit lesson her.. that Loretta’s flexibilty is not a enough to stop Sabrina’s speed with high flying moves..

And Sabrina learned about her past mistake.. Sabrina used high fly moves to prevent Loretta from grounding her. and it work great for now..

I don’t like Sabrina.. but, I respect her skill and performance in the ring.. which she gave great..

I kinda like to see.. Sabrina do after she hit the moonsault to Loretta.. Sabrina grabs Loretta’s face and call up a cameraman. then shake Loretta’s face. like Loretta did to Sabrina episode 65..
