Actually, yes. They can. They’ve got the whole ‘all rights reserved’ thing going on and unless you show it’s a parody and therefor protected, you can’t use them. Websites and wrestling themed MMOs have been shut down for using WWE pics. YouTube is constantly pulling things down from their selections because they weren’t approved. Some things can slide, but others can’t.

Now… if he happend to draw a blonde in a faux crown posing -like- Beth does on the ropes but called her something else, that could slide. It’s not Beth. It’s… Andrea. 😉
