Commission Monday- Spooky Pin

Here is a commission I did for someone a commissioner that wanted a Spooky Pin with Mistress Dark and Sabrina!
Here’s a little bit of my process:
I first sketch it out to make sure I have all the general placements and idea in place.
After everything looks solid, I then add the flat colors. I use flat colors and save it on its own layer because it makes changing or editing any colors later on a snap.
The final is a product of adding some special effects and my own usual coloring. The Commissioner was happy with this one. 😀

This is so cool looking. Where is Mistress Dark from? Is there an After Life Wrestling Federation?
She is from Parts Unknown, but she fought Sabrina in Developmental. Mistress Dark was also ‘Cheerleader Misty,’ a cute, bubbly thing.
Oh, I remember her now.

With her arm position, she looks like she’s ready to dive in for an overly dramatic groping
Misty minored in Theater so she knows about selling overdramatic.
I have such a great idea for Misty’s fate in the Donnybrook. 🙂

Only thing that could be better is if Brina’s arms were folded over her chest like the Undertaker just won
I have to admit that would look cool with Mistress Dark. Maybe even the same pin that Undertaker does after a Tombstone.
Or where she leans down like she’s biting their neck.
That definitely has potential.
