Things are getting nasty, though it could be argued that Brooke is only paying back Jen for the last time she was eye raked. Irregardless, Brooke is overwhelming Jen with her power and pressure. Is this a brand new Brooke? Or will Jen turn this back around? And is it only a matter of time before the rest of Hell’s Belles show up?

But the last panel has Jen on one shoulder? Brook’s got big ummm shoulders. But still… I see a counter looming like a sword of Damocles.

I kind of wish that you done something else besides that eye poke. I remember poor Moe Howard begging us kids on TV not to try it. Excellent episode overall though.

This is a new side of Brooke that I’ve never seen before. She’s finally coming around and becoming aggressive in the ring – or should I say – out of the ring lol.
I don’t think the Belles will help Jen. Kat has her own match later. Angel got taken care of by the Golden Girl.
We’ll see what happens.
Her training is paying off and not just the physical part, but the mental preparation too.

That kind of fury, and the presence of mind to feint? Scary! Jen may get in some offense, but I expect the rest of the Belles will be along to bail her out eventually.
If Brooke makes use of my lessons, she may frighten Kat Smith a bit, besides just enraging her…
Brooke’s doing well in part, that her plan is going well. If she hits a hiccup or something that knocks her off her game might tell another story.
Good point. Letting her plan come apart when she hits a setback is very much like the Brooke we’ve seen in the past. Though, maybe she’s picked up some focus and resilience with the new, mature, awesome attitude? That would be fantastic.
Also, something I could claim partial credit for. 😀
If she HASN’T developed that level of focus, that suggests certain things about how she needs to be trained in the future… hrm…

Sabrina-Ripley made use of a conveniently placed bean bag chair, crawling/climbing her way on top of it (with considerable effort), before pulling herself up onto the sofa!
Yay!
Or, at least I thought it would be a yay moment. In reality Sabrina-Ripley pushed herself up, toddled over to me and flopped over onto my lap for an immediate power nap.
Is hard work being a Baby Bear.

Lol, Jen actually looks pretty cute in the first panel… then Brooke channels her inner Roddy Piper with the eye poke. And the powerbomb that’s comming… will Brooke hit it on the apron, or throw her into the ropes and let her bounce back then crash on the floor?
I was going for ‘cute’ for that first panel! I thought it’d be a nice contrast.
Brooke is actually going for her finisher, since both of Jen’s legs are on the outside of Brooke’s neck. But yeah, painful outside of the ring finisher coming up. Of course…a powerbomb off the edge of the ring would be pretty good too.
Damn! Brooke’s fighting dirty and I like it!
I don’t know if Brooke’s going to win, but she’s certainly improving her batting average.
And now she’s going for a grand slam!
